Firearm & Ammunition Purchases

• All firearms, receivers, and regulated items purchased online must be picked up in-store.
• You must complete all legally required background checks (including Form 4473) before taking possession of any firearm.
• Illinois residents must comply with FOID requirements where applicable.
• We reserve the right to deny or cancel any firearm sale if you fail to meet legal requirements.

User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to make purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

2. Proprietary Rights and Licenses

All content on the Software and Service, including product images, logos, text, and site design, are owned by the Company or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to bypass security features
• Using the website to engage in unlawful firearm acquisition
• Submitting false information during checkout or ATF-required processes

Range Use and Safety

Range rules, signs, policies, and staff instructions must be followed at all times. Shooting Sports may revoke range access at its discretion for safety violations.

Shipping & Pickup

• All online orders ship to our retail store address only.
• You must present valid identification to pick up merchandise.
• Firearm transfers are subject to federal and state waiting periods, where applicable.

4. Fees, Payment & Taxes

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes unless stated. All purchases are subject to applicable Illinois sales tax and firearm excise taxes where required.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time and correct any pricing errors that may occur.

Refund Policy — Shooting Sports

At Shooting Sports, customer satisfaction and safety are top priorities. Please review our refund and return guidelines below.

All Firearm and Ammunition Sales Are Final

Due to federal and safety regulations, firearms and ammunition cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

Unopened Merchandise

We accept returns on unopened, unused merchandise within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

• Items must be in original packaging and resellable condition.
• Opened items, used items, or items missing packaging are not eligible for refund.

Classes, Range Fees & Rentals

All sales for training classes, range fees, memberships, and firearm rentals are final and non-refundable.

Defective Items

If an item is defective, we will help you contact the manufacturer for warranty support.
